JASON Statham is selling his £14million Malibu mansion complete with it’s own beach and huge fireplace.
The Fast and Furious, Transporter actor originally bought the 3,909 square foot Florida property for £8.2million in 2009.
Located in the Malibu Colony – a gated beachfront community known as a celebrity haven – the recently renovated house boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
According to the listing, it has striking black cedar shingles and a dramatic, retro interior “hearkening back to Malibu’s golden age”.
The open plan home has Belgian oak floors, Burmese teak decks, heated floors and floor-to-ceiling windows giving a perfect view of Old Joe’s, a popular surf spot in the area.
The striking, ceiling-high brick fireplace is framed with a log display feature, while the large kitchen is made up with grey oak cabinets.
The outdoor patio leads into a Jacuzzi and seating, with access to the beach.
There’s a one-bedroom guesthouse with a kitchen and bathroom too.
