Four people have been arrested in relation to the death of the twins belonging to Wateer minister Walter Ronald Kibuule.
The twins, Rayden Waswa and Roymond Kato aged 2 years drowned in the family swimming pool on Monday evening.
In a statement released this afternoon, Patrick Onyango the Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson says the incident happened at the home of Hon. Kibuule in Kasenge village, Mbalala parish, Nama sub county in Mukono district.
The DPC Mukono led a team of detectives to investigate the incident, while the bodies were retrieved and taken to the mortuary for postmortem.
Now, Onyango says 4 people, most of them house keepers were arrested. These are; Nabubwama Scovia a housemaid, Nankunda Peace, Lawrence Kibaya a shamba boy and Kumanya Agripa the security guard.
These, Onyango says will help with investigations.
“They are being held under section 227 of the Penal Code Act, the charge being Rush and Neglect act” he says.
